Fill out the online form or stop by Dugan's Pub & Grille and ask for a form, fill it out and you can start accumulating points that day!

How do I earn and redeem points from my Dugan’s Pub Club membership?

For every dollar spent (Silver member) we’ll credit your card with 1 point (1.5 points for Gold Members). Once you accumulate 350 points, your card will be credited with $25.00 good towards food and beverage at Dugan’s Pub & Grille. Points and dollars continue to accumulate until you decide to use them but you must redeem credits in $25.00 increments.

What if I don’t have an email address how will I get my card and promotion updates?

Just stop into Dugan’s Pub & Grille and we’ll personally give you your card. Promotions will accumulate on your card each time use when paying your tab. While at Dugan’s you can check your point status at anytime.

How do I become a “Gold” Pub Club Member? |
If you’re a member of the Highlands Golf Club or a member of the Elks #48 then you will be eligible for “Gold” Pub Club status. Gold members earn 1.5 points per dollar spent.

Can my spouse and I share a card? |
Yes. Only one card will be issued to the Pub Club account. Whoever does not have the card may need to provide an ID in order to retrieve the account information.

If I lose my card, can I get another one? |
Replacement cards will be available for $2.00 after the first free card is issued. We can always use your name to retrieve your Pub Club status with proper identification.

If I can’t come in on my birthday can I still get my free meal? |
You have the whole month of your special day to come in and get your free birthday dinner (not to exceed $20.00 value). Come before, on or after, bring your friends to celebrate too. (Beverage not included)

What if I am with a group but not paying for the meal, can I get the points? |
Who ever pays the tab is eligible for those points – we want everyone to be a Pub Club Member.

What if I forget my card, can I have the points added at a later time? |
No, we cannot add points after the time of purchase. However, at the time of purchase if you forgot your card, we can look you up by last name with proper identification.

We hate SPAM! We won’t share your email address – guaranteed.

If I have a credit on my Pub Card of $25.00 but only use $10.00, will the remainder be left on my card to use later? |
Redemption amounts are in $25.00 increments – however if you don’t use your first $25.00 and earn another $25.00 you can use the $50.00 at one time as long as your redemption is a minimum of $25 per time.

If I golf and pay for a friend to golf, can I collect 25 points if he is not a Pub Club Member? |
Only the Pub Club Member is entitled to the 25 bonus points for golfing and only on their own card – one golf credit per day with any purchase at Dugan’s Pub & Grille. (golf points not valid during league, tournaments or outings)

What if I forget to present my Pub Club card and want to earn points for the transaction? |
If you forget your card, we can look you up by name to add your points at that time. We can only add points at time of purchase, but don’t worry our staff will ask you for your card when you’re paying your tab.

What happens to my points at the end of the calendar year? |
They roll over – they are yours. Points do not expire until account is closed or the program ceases.

Can I earn Frequent Diner Points when someone else at my table pays the bill? |
Whoever pays the tab is eligible for the points – we want everyone to be a Pub Club Member – no splitting points on checks.

Each time you dine at Dugan’s Pub & Grille a receipt of your point status will print off with your check.

Can I earn Frequent Diner Points for a private party at Dugan's? |
If you’re paying for the tab – absolutely! Points only accumulate for Food/Drink items – room rentals and other non food/drink items not included. Party must be held in Dugan’s Pub & Grille and not considered an outing/banquet/tournament. Some restrictions may apply.
